How to order
1st – Drop off or Scan/Photo it.
If you live close by and want to drop off your document, then find our home office. You can also scan your document and send it via an email attachment.
2nd – Confirm and Translate!
We will confirm the document was received either by phone or email and advise the cost and turnaround time for the translation.
3rd – Pay – Pickup or Mail Delivery
Pick it up
Once your document has been completed you can come and pick it up.
Delivery through mail
If you’re not located in Okinawa, you can have your document(s) sent to you by mail. You scan/photo your document(s), pay by Paypal or credit card and we will mail the documents to your provided address. There are several types of mail delivery ranging from Regular Japan Post, Express Japan Post and EMS courier.
