How to have your contracts, patents or other legal documents officially recognized by the Royal Saudi Arabian Embassy in Japan.

Okinawa Translator can legalize your contract, patent or other legal document at the Royal Saudi Arabian Embassy. Here is a step by step process on how to complete this procedure.

Step 1

Send the document to us by PDF, we will review the contents to determine if the document can be legalized by the Royal Saudi Arabian Embassy in Japan.

Once we have evaluated the document we can determine if it can be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Japan for legalization. Okinawa Translator will immediately move to Step 2 below if the document meets the required criteria.

Depending on the content and type of document you are trying to legalize it may require notarization by a Japanese Notary Public prior to eligibility of legalization by the Royal Saudi Arabian Embassy. If it is deemed necessary for the document to be notarized the document will require translation into Japanese.

Okinawa Translator will provide the translation service into Japanese and notarization by a Japanese Notary Public on your behalf. Once the document has been notarized we can continue with the process and will send it to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Japan and move on to Step 2.

Step 2

Once the eligibility of the document is determined and it is ready to be legalized by the Royal Saudi Arabian Embassy in Japan you will send us the original document along with an additional copy. We will also need a copy of your passport or Saudi Arabian Passport/ID, mailing address, phone number and the purpose of having the document legalized. We will then create the Power of Attorney document and send it to you for your signature. You will send the signed Power of Attorney back to us to complete the process.

Step 3

The application forms can now be completed. Send your document to be legalized by the Royal Saudi Arabian Embassy back to our office in Japan. After the document is completed we send the legalized document to your location by World Wide EMS Courier.
