Hi, do the same rules apply for 2 Australian Passport holders who were married in Japan for a mutual agreement divorce? Do both spouses need to be present to lodge it?
Warm Regards,
Gerry
Hi Gerry – I have a youtube video that explains a divorce procedure: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3FtnNGpQxC0
Two AU passport holders that were married must be present for the hearing date in Japan.
