What are your hours of operation?

We are open from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, closed Saturday/Sunday/Japanese Holidays. Anything after hours just contact us by email: davidvincenthiggins@gmail.com

If you would like a RUSH order.

If you are in a hurry you can pay 1000YEN per document extra and have a RUSH order put on your document. The RUSH order means that we will move your translation to top priority and have several translators work on your document and have it ready within 4 hours. However if the document density or difficulty is too high or if our work load is already over capacity we may not be able to offer a RUSH order.

If you are not in Okinawa.

You can scan your document and send it via an email attachment. You can also send it through the mail to our address. Then you can make a payment via Paypal or bank transfer. Once payment has been received we can send you the document through the mail.

If you have something other than a legal document.

You can take a look at our prices to give you an idea of how much it will cost. Depending on the translation content, the time to translate may differ. Please contact us for a quote. Please refer to our Price List.

If you would like to hire an interpreter.

Our interpreter service can be hired by contacting us for a specific date and time prior to the date of interpreting.The rate for interpreting is a minimum charge of 10,000YEN for 60 minutes ( 1 Hour ).  If the distance of travel to the interpreting location is within the Nakagami District the travel expenses are free / Shimajiri District 1000YEN/ Kunigami District 2000YEN + Highway toll fees.  Please call: 050-5534-5965  Email:okinawatranslator@gmail.com Refer to link for more interpreter details.
