For Philippine Passport holders who would like to get married in Japan, the process has been updated and revised due to travel restrictions.

The requirements are as follows:

Issued from the Philippines
-Passport
-CENOMAR w/ Apostille
-Birth Certificate w/ Apostille
-Parental Consent w/ Notary Authentication (If 25 years or under)

-Japanese/English Declaration (we create this form for you)

If you plan on marrying a US service member on Okinawa, we can marry you without you physically being located in Okinawa. This is called a Proxy Marriage.

We do proxy marriages between US Passport Holders and Philippines Passport Holders.
